As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen advocacy capacity among its national member organisations, EFHOH held an online training session for our members on EU Institutions and Successful Advocacy on 21 October 2025.
The session was led by Alejandro Moledo, Deputy Director and Head of Policy at the European Disability Forum (EDF), who shared valuable insights from his long-standing experience in EU-level advocacy for the rights of persons with disabilities.
Participants explored how EU policymaking works in practice, how to engage effectively with the European Commission, Parliament, and Council, and how to make sure that European laws on accessibility are properly implemented and enforced at national level.
