EFHOH President Lidia Best participated in the AbilityNet TechShare Pro conference in London, one of the UK’s leading events dedicated to digital accessibility. She joined a panel of experts to discuss how accessibility can be embedded from the very beginning of technology and service design, ensuring that digital products are inclusive, usable, and beneficial for everyone.
The conference also showcased emerging innovations in accessible technology, including Sony’s new Safe Listening features for headphones and earbuds, which are important steps toward promoting hearing health and user safety.
EFHOH was pleased to contribute to this important conversation and to highlight the needs and perspectives of hard of hearing people within the broader accessibility and tech innovation community.
