Our upcoming online training organised in collaboration with the European Disability Forum (EDF), will take place on September 25, 14:00 – 15.30 CET.
The training will focus on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD) and the development of Alternative Reports.
The agenda will cover:

Understanding UNCRPD Articles: Gain insights into the UNCRPD from the perspective of the Hard of Hearing community and learn how these articles apply in various contexts.

Purpose and Content of Alternative Reports: Explore the role and importance of alternative reports in the UNCRPD framework, and what they should contain.

Drafting and Submitting Alternative Reports: Learn the steps involved in creating and submitting alternative reports to the UNCRPD Committee.

Engaging in the Committee Review: Understand how to participate effectively in the Committee’s review process.
