On 17 September 2026, EFHOH hosted its Members’ Meeting, bringing together member organisations from across Europe to discuss current priorities, share updates, and contribute to shaping future activities. During the meeting, EFHOH presented key achievements and ongoing work.
Members also heard from Haydn Hammersley, Social Policy Coordinator at the European Disability Forum (EDF), who presented the Enhanced EU Strategy on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its new actions for 2026-2030. The presentation explored upcoming EU initiatives in areas such as employment, education, assistive technologies, and emergency preparedness.
The meeting provided an important opportunity for dialogue, collaboration, and exchange between EFHOH and its members, helping to strengthen our collective advocacy for the rights and inclusion of hard of hearing people across Europe.
