INTRODUCTION

In May 2000 and 2013 FEPEDA (European Federation of Parents of Hearing Impaired Children) completed a Survey by way of a Questionnaire to investigate the needs of families of deaf and hard of hearing children and young people across Europe. These surveys were very successful. FEPEDA has now completed work on an extensive update of previous surveys and is ready to ask families across Europe to complete a new survey.

The answers will provide FEPEDA with

 

• new information on the situation of hearing impaired children and young people throughout Europe
• the views of parents of hearing impaired children and young people
• the changes in Europe since the previous surveys in 2000 and 2013.

The results will be made known to the various member associations of FEPEDA in autumn 2020/ in spring 2021.

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

This is an electronic survey which facilitates you answer each question. You can take as long as you like to answer each question. If you find it necessary you can return to previous questions, please note that you will have to fill in the survey at once. It will take appr. 10-15 minutes to reply. When you have clicked the Submit-button, the survey will go for automatic processing. After that you cannot return to the questions. If you have more than one hearing impaired child in your family, please fill in a separate questionnaire of each hearing impaired child.

The deadline for replying is 30.09.2020.

 

All answers will be processed anonymously and confidentially.

 

The processing of the survey is being conducted by FEPEDA.
